  Generally, we recommend the use of air coolers for high-temperature storage, which is easy to install. If it is a large-scale cold storage, when the external height of the cold storage is high, and the internal machine uses piping, the installation is very inconvenient and there are certain safety risks. The air cooler is easy to disassemble and assemble, which is more suitable for high temperature storage.

 

  For low-temperature cold storage or ultra-low temperature cold storage, it is recommended to use row pipes. Many low-temperature cold storages on the market use row pipes as external machines. From a long-term point of view, the use of pipes will ensure uniform cooling capacity in the cold storage, energy-saving and power-saving, but it also has certain shortcomings. The price is relatively high and it is inconvenient to install compared to air coolers.

  Generally, it is possible to use air coolers in low-temperature cold storages at minus 18 degrees or minus 25 degrees. There is no need to worry about frosting. However, if it is an ultra-low temperature cold storage, it is still recommended to use pipes. Of course, this is also closely related to the budget of the cold storage owner.

  The cold storage chooses air cooler or exhaust pipe from the following points

  1. From the perspective of cooling effect:

  The cooling effect of the pipe is slightly better than that of the air cooler. The heat conduction and cooling of the pipe is faster, especially the aluminum row is the most popular. Therefore, the air cooler is sufficient for high-temperature storage, and we recommend using the pipe for low-temperature or ultra-low temperature storage. And because the distribution of the pipes is relatively balanced, the cooling capacity is relatively uniform, which can achieve the effect of energy saving and electricity saving.

 

  2. From the scope of application:

  Because the pipe is a pipe-type evaporator, it can lock the moisture very strongly. Because the air cooler is blown by the wind, it will evaporate the water, which makes the products in the warehouse dry and withered. Therefore, the pipe is suitable for products with more moisture, such as Popsicle ice cream, fruits and vegetables, etc., and the air cooler is suitable for dry goods, dried fresh, frozen meat, etc. Therefore, generally choose to install the pipe or the fan, mainly depends on which one is more compatible with your product.

  3. From the height of the library body:

  If it is a large-scale cold storage, if the external height of the cold storage is relatively high, it is recommended to use a cooler for the internal machine. What problems should be paid attention to when transforming a warehouse into a cold storage

In order to store fruits for a long time, many vendors have transformed their original warehouses into fruit fresh-keeping cold storages. However, there are still big differences between warehouses and cold storages. So what issues should be paid attention to when transforming warehouses into cold storages! 1. It is necessary to consider whether the thermal insulation structure of the original warehouse is suitable for cold storage and preservation. Generally, the exterior of the warehouse is made of polystyrene double-layer color steel plates or rock wool boards. This type of structure is not suitable for refrigeration, preservation, and quick-freezing. It is only suitable for storage at 15°C. If it is lower than 15°C ℃, it is recommended to add polyurethane double-sided color steel warehouse board of corresponding thickness in the warehouse. Generally, this kind of warehouse board has good heat preservation effect and high fire resistance level. 2. The bearing capacity of the steel structure at the top of the original warehouse needs to be considered. Some warehouse roofs use arc-shaped round pipe structures, which have limited force and cannot withstand large-area cold storage roofs. This is also the need to pay attention to the transformation. 3. Some warehouses are simple cement floors and are not suitable for reconstruction and construction of cold storage. Therefore, ground insulation treatment needs to be considered. If the temperature is below 0℃, the ventilation pipe must be pre-embedded to prevent the foundation from sinking due to the low temperature. The design of cold storage shelves also needs to consider other factors, such as: the selection of welding electrodes in the cold storage should correspond to the material and welding process requirements of the welding base material and ensure the welding quality of the welds. The characteristics of frosting in the cold storage should be considered, the weight gain should be appropriately considered when calculating the shelf selection, and the customer's refrigeration and defrosting process should be considered for the corrosion resistance of the structural spray coating.
